Do I need to train in Houston to work with KJ?
No. KJ coaches clients online worldwide. The Online Coaching and Self-Led programs are fully remote. In-person training at Level One Fitness in Houston is available through the VIP Elite plan.
How long until I see results?
Most clients notice measurable changes in body composition within 3–4 weeks when they follow the program consistently. Significant transformation typically occurs over a 12–16 week period with full commitment to training and nutrition.
Is the nutrition plan flexible for my diet preference?
Yes. KJ's ounce-based macro system works with any food preference — whether you eat meat, follow a plant-based diet, or have specific dietary restrictions. The targets are the system, not the specific foods.
What equipment do I need?
The standard programs are designed for a commercial gym with barbells, dumbbells, cables, and machines. KJ can adapt the program for home gym setups on request — this is discussed during the onboarding call.
Can I switch plans after I start?
Absolutely. Many clients start with the Self-Led System to learn the method and then upgrade to Online Coaching when they're ready for direct accountability. Upgrades are applied at the next billing cycle.
